Draft for business and legal review. Not yet effective. Confirm company details, operating processes and applicable requirements before publishing or taking payments.
01. About these terms
These draft terms describe a proposed service relationship with DECOTIK, a creative and digital agency based in Bangladesh. The registered legal name, business address, trade licence details and operational contact must be confirmed before these terms take effect. This preview does not accept purchases.
02. Proposals and scope
A written proposal should identify the deliverables, exclusions, timeline, price, currency, tax treatment, revision rounds, acceptance criteria and responsible parties. Work starts only after the agreed approval and payment conditions are met. Changes to scope require written agreement.
03. Payments and third-party costs
Payment stages and due dates must be stated in the proposal. Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software licences and production expenses are included only when explicitly agreed. No payment is collected through this static preview.
04. Delivery and review
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and timely access, materials and feedback. Any delay or change should be communicated with an updated plan. Review and acceptance periods must be agreed in writing, and do not remove rights relating to defective or undelivered services.
05. Ownership and licensing
The contract should specify when ownership of the agreed final deliverables transfers. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Pre-existing tools, reusable components and unused concepts must be identified separately. Confidential client work is not displayed publicly without permission.
06. Confidentiality and responsible use
Both parties should protect confidential information and use access only for the agreed purpose. Clients must have permission to supply their content. Work must not infringe rights or require unlawful advertising, tracking or data processing.
07. Cancellation, disputes and applicable law
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through the stated support channel. Bangladesh law is the proposed governing law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to the customer. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
